Laura obtained her Law Degree with honours from the University of Warwick, in the United Kingdom in 2006. She then joined the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2007.
Laura then attended the Hugh Wooding Law School where she obtained her Legal Education Certificate and was admitted to practise in Barbados in 2008 and has subsequently been admitted to practise in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Laura has extensive litigation experience including by not limited to corporate, commercial, employment, estates, personal injuries, debt recovery and family. In addition, Laura has appeared as counsel in Arbitration proceedings.
Laura is a member of the Rules Committee of the Supreme Court of Barbados which Committee is responsible for making rules including the rules that regulate the pleading, practice and procedure in any proceedings before the High Court or the Court of Appeal of Barbados.
Laura is also a member of Council of the Barbados Bar Association.
